"Ready-to-use" means that when you receive your package, we will have already completed as much, if not all, of the work that can be done to prepare it for your use without us actually being on-site at your facility. Depending on the package, sometimes you'll only need to power things on and then go right to work; other times you'll need to follow our accompanying, easy-to-follow, instructions to connect and configure some elements so that the package will work with your existing system. Specific information about what we will do and what you'll need to do is available within each package description.

In addition to your company check by mail, we you can purchase from our site using PayPal Express Checkout. You can pay with PayPal using a credit card or via eCheck. If you do not want to use PayPal, we can also accept all major credit cards directly over the phone. Please call 800.444.9923.
Note: If you pay by check, we must wait until your check is received and payment clears before we can process your order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS.

Any order shipped to a California address is subject to the prevailing sales tax.
Unfortunately, no. We only accept orders from the 50 states in the United States. Licensing restrictions prevent us from accepting international orders.
Because each ready-to-use package is designed to be personalized for your specific use, we will need certain information from you (LAN IP addresses, user names, etc.). So you know, we will not ask you for any passwords, and we will keep any information that you provide strictly confidential.
Although it somewhat defeats the entire purpose, you always have the option of ignoring the questionnaire, in which case we will input dummy information to accomplish our tasks, and you can change them when you receive your package.
We offer Flat Rate FedEx Ground service to the lower 48 states. Standard FedEx rates will be added to orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. We ship only within the 50 states in the United States. Many individual products (items that aren't part of a Ready-to-Use package) will be directly shipped to you from one of our distributors or from the product's manufacturer.
Certain software products require no shipping and will be e-mailed directly to you.
Yes! We offer FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight services as added-cost options after your order has been placed. If you would like a rate quote for these services, please check the appropriate box on the Shipping page during the checkout process and we will respond with a detailed rate quote prior to shipping your order.
We will invoice you separately for any costs for upgrading the shipping method.
Ready-to-Use Packages: It takes approximately 2 weeks to build up, configure, integrate, burn-in, and test each ready-to-use package because we go over each detail with great care. When your package is complete, it will be packaged and shipped to you via your selected shipping method.
Individual Products: In most cases, individual products will ship to you directly from the manufacturer or from our distributor on the next business day. Some software licenses will be e-mailed directly to you.
If the shipping packaging appears damaged when it arrives, REFUSE (do not accept) the delivery, and please contact us immediately.
